Haystack Rock

Haystack Rock rises just offshore along the Oregon coast, standing alone as waves roll in and out around it. No matter the weather or time of day, it feels solid and unmoved, a constant against the motion of the ocean. Places like this don’t need explanation. The scale, the sound of the waves, and the open air do all the work. This image captures that balance between stillness and movement, land holding its ground while everything else keeps shifting.
